If you are committed to having a meaningful impact through instructing students to enhance student achievement, please apply and a member of our recruiting team will reach out to you with more details./span/p Responsibilities: ullispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Provide specially designed instruction to students with disabilities./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Modify and adapt lesson plans for reading, language arts, mathematics, social studies, and science to accommodate students with disabilities in a classroom, utilizing course of study adopted by the appropriate authorities./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Translate the lessons into learning experiences to best utilize instructional time./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Evaluate students’ academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records, and prepares progress reports./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Communicate with parents through conferences and other means to discuss student progress and to interpret the school program./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Identify students’ needs and cooperate with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students solve health, attitude, and learning problems./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Develop, implement, supervise, and evaluate Individual Education Programs and instructional classroom programs./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Review student files to determine appropriate programming./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Supervise students' in out-of-classroom activities during the assigned work day./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Participate in curriculum development programs as required./span/li/ul Qualifications: p style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 10pt;"As a successful applicant, you must have a passion for helping students succeed.
