Physical Therapist | $64 Hourly | 40 hours/week 

\n PT needed for multi-modality position (home health, outpatient, acute). Will work at area facilities (all within 60 mile radius, including home health visits). 

\n Job Details: 
\n Location: Hugo, Colorado, 80821 
\n Contract Duration: 13 weeks 
\n Shift: Days, shift is M-F days, preferably 8hrs but may consider 4X10 
\n 40 Guaranteed Hours 

\n Job Requirements 
\n Min of 2 years of RECENT experience 
\n Should have strong general experience, including some post-op, sports injury, geriatrics. prefer both outpatient and inpatient experience 
\n Must have outpatient experience. 

\n Certifications & Licensure 
\n Required AHA BLS 
\n CO License or compact PT license required
