We're looking for skilled RNs who thrive on making a difference!\n \nResponsibilities:\n\n- Deliver exceptional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process: \n - Assessment \n - Diagnosis \n - Planning \n - Intervention \n - Evaluation\n\n- Meet the needs of patients and families by proactively addressing complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social requirements.\n- Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, while closely monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.\n- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided with precision.\n- Evaluate learning needs and educate patients and their families or caregivers, identifying relevant issues and available resources.\n- Make informed decisions on assignments and delegate tasks to other care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\n- Education/Skills: \n - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.\n\n- Experience: \n - 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred, but new graduates are welcome!\n\n- Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: \n - Current BLS certification required (AHA only) \n - Current ACLS certification required (AHA only) \n - Current PALS certification required (AHA only) \n - RN License in the state of TX or compact\n\n- Additional Requirements: \n - Attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. \n - Precepted by a designated trained staff member during onboarding. \n - Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.\n\nWork Type: Full Time\n\n---\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
