**About the Role** CBRE is seeking an Event Center Coordinator tojoin our team supporting the client Corporate Event Center. The Event CenterCoordinator serves as the primary client-facing representative for eventoperations, delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring a seamlessexperience for all attendees, clients, and vendors. This position requiresprofessionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and addressthe needs of both event organizers and guests in a dynamic corporateenvironment. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday atthe client Corporate Event Center. **What you’ll do:** + Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors, providing a professional and welcoming experience. + Act as the central resource for event-related information, including facility details, amenities, schedules, and policies. + Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers (catering, audiovisual, facilities, security) to ensure seamless event execution. + Provide on-site event support, including setup checks, monitoring timelines, and making real-time adjustments as needed. + Anticipate attendee needs, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary. + Maintain a visible presence in event areas to proactively assist guests and ensure compliance with CBRE and client standards. + Capture and communicate feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives. + Manage administrative tasks such as logging service requests, tracking event supplies, and coordinating workplace services (mail, office supplies, onboarding). + Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, offering solutions that reflect a customer service-driven approach. + Support security and emergency procedures, ensuring the safety of all individuals in the facility. + Organize and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for guests; maintain a database of local recommendations. + Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values while collaborating with team members to improve processes and deliver exceptional service. **What you’ll need:** + High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred. + Minimum of 2+ years of experience in hospitality, corporate services, event coordination, or client-facing roles. + Hotel concierge or event center client facing role experience a plus + Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally and warmly. + Strong knowledge of the local area including lodging, transportation and local dining options. + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; tech-savvy and comfortable learning internal systems. The minimum salary for the position is or $45.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $56.00 per hour.
