Maintenance Repairer - Now Hiring

We are currently seeking File Maintenance Clerks to join our team in our Youngwood, PA office. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals to start and grow their careers with paid training, hands-on support, and ongoing learning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Research, process & update Pennsylvania Taxpayer accounts
• Sort tax documents & interpret information to be entered into database
• Maintain accuracy & confidentiality of taxpayer accounts
• Run & maintain reports for various departments
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards
• Additional duties may be assigned

SCHEDULE + LOCATION:

• Start Date: April 20th, 2026 
• Full-time Schedule 
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Friday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • No weekends!
• On-site in our Youngwood, PA office 
  • Once released from initial trainings (~4 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training
• Excellent research and computer skills 
• Works well independently and in a team setting
• Remains focused and task oriented
• Able to sit for long periods of time, up to the duration of shift
• Previous clerical experience is a plus!

Compensation details: 13-13 Hourly Wage
