What You'll Do
- Own system installs & commissioning - set up advanced microscopy platforms and train users to hit the ground running.
- Keep systems at peak performance - deliver expert preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot like a pro - dig deep into hardware/software issues and resolve them fast, onsite or remotely.
- Build strong customer relationships - deliver confident communication, clear training, and dependable support.
- Upgrade & optimize systems - calibrate components and implement performanceboosting enhancements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Life Science, or similar.
- 3-5 years of field service experience with microscopy or analytical instruments.
- Skilled with multimeters, oscilloscopes, schematics, and Windows systems.
- Physically capable of working in tight spaces and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license, passport, and willingness to travel Monday-Friday.
Bonus Points For
- Hands-on experience with AFM, SEM, fluorescence, or confocal microscopy.
- Strong workflow understanding of imaging software and calibration.
- Clean, methodical work habits and a love for continuous learning.

Compensation
$90,000-$110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
