Collaborate with regional and national Jacobs leadership to align K-12 strategy with broader infrastructure and community development initiatives.
Mentor internal team members and help build Jacobs’ thought leadership in the K-12 education sector.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, architecture, education, public administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the education, infrastructure, consulting, or related sectors.
Demonstrated success in business development, client engagement, and strategic growth.
Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, capital planning, and educational facility programs.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
Ability to lead complex pursuits and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Ideally you'll also have:
Experience as a school district operational leader such as Chief Operations Officer, Chief Facilities Officer, Deputy Superintendent, or Superintendent with responsibility for facilities, capital programs, or district operations.
Direct experience managing or overseeing school district capital programs, bond initiatives, or major facility modernization efforts.
Established relationships with school districts, education agencies, or public sector leaders across the Southeast United States.
Experience working with planning, architecture, engineering, or program management firms serving public sector clients.
