Job Description:

Physical Therapy Assistant position supporting home-based care with a focus on physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises under the direction of physical therapists.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and respond to changes in treatment as needed.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Experience with Oasis (government mandated form required)
• One year experience in PT/OT/Sp; home setting experience is preferred
