Salary: $120,000+

Day-to-day responsibilities
Lead and supervise grading and civil construction activities from start to finish.
Manage crews, equipment, and materials to hit production and quality targets.
Contribute to and Enforce strong culture on every jobsite.
Track progress, document quantities, and support scheduling and cost control.
Work directly with ownership to refine field procedures, planning, and reporting.
Mentor foremen and up-and-coming leaders to build the next generation of construction talent.
About you
Experienced Civil or Grading Superintendent, or a strong Foreman ready for the next step into full field leadership.
Comfortable managing people and projects with minimal structure and limited existing systems.
Enjoys building and improving processes, not just following them.
Strong communicator who can coordinate with owners, inspectors, suppliers, and crews.
Wants a long-term home with a smaller, growing contractor in Kansas.
