Foreman - Underground Utilities

Job Title: Foreman

Location: Salt Lake City Area (Project Sites Throughout Utah) *Projects are primarily located throughout the Greater Salt Lake City area. Travel between job sites may be required*

Pay: $65,000 - $95,000/annually *Dependent on job stability and years of relevant experience demonstrated on resume*

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate pipe installation plans with the superintendent and management team
• Supervise daily crews and subcontractor activities
• Operate heavy equipment for excavation, pipe/culvert installation, and backfilling
• Use lasers and levels to ensure accurate pipe installation grades
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specs and schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Foreman experience in underground utility installation or related heavy civil work
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and job site tasks
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality
