Industrial Rope Production Worker – Heavy Lifting Required

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Pay: $15.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Our client, an industry leader in safety rope manufacturing, is hiring an Industrial Rope Production Worker. This role requires significant physical strength, including the ability to lift, pull, drag, and maneuver heavy ropes and materials for most of the workday.

What You’ll Do

• Handle, pull, and lift heavy nylon ropes and materials (up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
• Use hand tools to support rope‑production processes
• Measure, cut, and prepare rope components with accuracy
• Sew loops and secure rope ends to meet quality standards
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Assist with forklift duties after training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area

What You Need

• Prior production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs safely and frequently
• Strong physical stamina for a hands‑on, labor‑intensive environment
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled facility
• English proficiency required
• Willingness to learn new tasks and support multiple production steps
