**Join Our Team as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Are you ready to make a significant impact in cardiac care? \n- Step into the exciting world of catheterization procedures! \n- Join our dynamic team as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist I, where you will play a vital role in advancing patient care.\n\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n\n- Prepare the catheterization lab and operate essential equipment. \n- Support cardiac catheterization procedures with fluoro imaging and digital image acquisition. \n- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and hemodynamic measurements. \n- Maintain stringent aseptic technique and patient safety standards. \n- Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient care and department efficiency. \n- Serve as the radiation safety representative during X-ray usage. \n- Continually develop proficiency in specialized cath lab technologies.\n\n**What You'll Do:**\n\n- Meet the expectations of OneCHRISTUS Competencies. \n- Promote Organizational Principles of Catholic Healthcare. \n- Ensure major equipment is operational and document for quality control. \n- Participate in daily room checks and stock supplies. \n- Access daily patient schedules for assigned procedures. \n- Collaborate with the procedure team to ensure optimal patient care. \n- Accurately enter patient information into cath lab systems. \n- Safely position patients and secure them during procedures. \n- Train on cath lab equipment operations, including imaging, contrast injectors, and more. \n- Support physicians and anticipate their needs for safe procedure execution. \n- Adhere to aseptic techniques 100% of the time. \n- Follow organizational policies related to safety, infection control, and patient communication. \n- Engage in teamwork and share knowledge within the team. \n- Participate in patient transport as needed. \n- Maintain proficiency in access site management. \n- Act as the radiation safety representative when X-ray is in use. \n- Perform fluoro imaging and digital acquisition as required. \n- Uphold attendance and productivity standards. \n- Commit to Zero Harm and Customer Service principles. \n- Adhere to the departmental dress code. \n- Understand and uphold the mission, vision, and values of our organization. \n- Support process improvement projects for magnet status requirements.\n\n**Job Requirements:**\n\n- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or related field. \n- Experience: 0-1 year in an acute care setting preferred. \n- Certifications: \n - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. \n - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required. \n - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required for pediatric facilities. \n - Preferred certifications: RCIS, RCES, RCS, or ARRT certifications. \n- State Licensure: Required based on modality (Texas: MRT or LMRT). \n\n**Work Schedule:**\n\n- Full Time \n- 4 Days - 10 Hours \n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
