Babysitter

As a busy mom of two and full-time content creator, Im looking for someone who can truly be my right-hand support in our home. This role includes home resets (dishes, laundry, tidying, vacuuming), light meal prep, and helping play/supervise my 2-year-old (and my 6-year-old after school). I really need someone who is a self-starter not a play-all-day nanny role but someone who notices what needs to be done and jumps in without constant direction. Im very go-go-go and thrive in an organized, calm home, so initiative and reliability are huge for me.
