As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of care for patients in critical conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial status using age-specific data
• Perform ongoing assessments and document findings, including observations, physical examinations, and test results
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Assist other staff in delivering patient care as needed
• Incorporate patient teaching and discharge planning to promote optimal outcomes
• Work every other weekend
• Hold an active Illinois RN license
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Have at least 2 years of ICU experience
