Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We need a hands-on care provider for my father in his early 90s. Medication management and meal preparation is required, along with light housekeeping. Transportation is important (driving him to visit his wife at nursing home three times a week, to doctor's appointments, gym, and errands). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
