Babysitter Needed

We're looking for a nanny beginning early April for our son who will be 5 months. Mom works from home and dad is a firefighter who splits time between the fire station and working from home for his second job. We're seeking a nanny with infant experience who loves children, is reliable, a great communicator, and is comfortable with dogs. We're looking for someone for eight hours a day Mon-Fri. We'd also love to add on evening or weekend hours for the occasional night out if available. We're anticipating that our son will be starting day care around one year, so we're looking for someone to assist until then. Open to nanny share.
