• Call ratio 1:5 with 30-minute response time requirement
• 20 patients per shift with approximately 750 deliveries per year
• Both inpatient and outpatient coverage required
• Comprehensive delivery skills including breech and multiple births
• High-risk pregnancy management and VBAC experience required
• C-section proficiency and complex delivery management needed
• Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
