About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Princeton, California, 95970!

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and independence

• Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting preferred

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
