CDL A Truck Drivers - Now Hiring

COMPANY DRIVERS

Pay:

• $0.51 – $0.55 per mile, depending on experience
• $0.05/mile performance bonus after 10,000 miles/month. Example: If a driver runs 11,000 miles, the $0.05 bonus applies to all 11,000 miles.
• Stop pay: $30 per stop (between first and last stop)
• Detention pay: $25/hour after the first 2 hours

OWNER OPERATORS SMALL FLEET OWNERS

Revenue:

• Refrigerated loads: 72% of line haul
• Dry loads: 76% of line haul
• Fuel surcharge: 100% yours to keep
• Stop pay: 100% of stop pay.

Requirements:

• 23+ years of age
• Recent over the road tractor-trailer experience (training may be available)
• Clean motor vehicle record
• No DUI / DWI in last 5 years
• No felonies in last 5 years
• Ability to pass D.O.T. drug screen and physical

Additional Owner Operator truck qualifications: Tractor must be 5 years old or newer at or under 500,000 miles and pass full inspection at KJ shop (higher mileage trucks require plan to upgrade)
