Meyer Distributing is looking for a Landscaper to join our Arlington team - for a year round position! Meyer Distributing is a leader in automotive specialty products marketing and warehouse distribution.

The General Maintenance Technician assists in building maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and grounds. This includes general maintenance, upkeep, repairs and improvement of the building.

License Requirements:

• Requires a valid driver's license

Experience:

• Previous warehouse maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred
• Training: Minimum one month on the job training required

Requirements for Landscaper and Outdoor maintenance:

• Ability to give special attention to detail
• Must have ability to recognize letters and numbers
• Must have strong verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 6am to 2:45pm

Pay:

Up to $21 depending on experience

Outdoor Maintenance and Landscaping duties include but are not limited to:

• Basic yard work (mowing, trimming, edging, debris removal)
• Interior and exterior painting
• Minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Light plumbing and electrical repairs (training provided if needed)
• Cleaning and preparing units or spaces
• Assisting with property upkeep as assigned
