Administrative Assistant - Prairie Queen Elementary
(Start of the 2026-27 School Year)
General Description: The Administrative Assistant supports the Administrative Leadership Team by ensuring the smooth daily operation of the school office. Responsibilities include typing correspondence, preparing newsletters and handbooks, managing calendars, and processing requisitions and invoices. The position also involves maintaining records such as staff and student attendance and other school information. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential, along with dependability, attention to detail, and professionalism when assisting staff and parents. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous office experience preferred, excellent communication and clerical skills and must enjoy working around children.

- Hourly Rate: $18.74 (26-27 TBD)
- Full time Monday - Friday - 218 days
- 7:30AM - 4:00 PM
