Assembly Specialist

Kelly Services is partnering with a leading cardboard manufacturing who is looking to hire Assembly Specialists in Smithfield, RI. If you are interested, please apply using your 2026 resume.  Pay: $16 per hour  Shift: 7:00am 3:30pm Responsibilities:  Assemble and glue retail displays according to provided instructions Prepare materials and organize workstation for efficient production Inspect completed displays for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Follow company safety guidelines and protocols Qualifications: 1 year of assembly work experience  Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail Manual dexterity and basic assembly skills Experience with fulfillment or light manufacturing is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
