Adventure ABA, LLC is currently hiring Part-Time Autism Behavior Technicians to provide in-home therapy services to children and families throughout Queen Creek, Florence, and nearby East Valley communities.
In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through engaging, play-based learning.
No prior ABA experience is required. With a high school diploma or equivalent, we will provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training along with support and mentorship from our clinical team.
Pay Range: $18–$28 per hour
Service Area: Queen Creek, Florence, and surrounding East Valley communities
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours with in-home sessions

WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to children with autism in their homes while implementing therapy programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities include:

Engaging children in structured learning and play-based therapy activities

Supporting the development of communication, social, and life skills

Collecting simple data during sessions to monitor progress

Encouraging independence and celebrating developmental milestones
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
Requirements include:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children

CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes in the Queen Creek area
