pThe Employment Data Coordinator supports the Employment and Compensation team by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee data and employment records. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of employment information within the PeopleSoft HCM system, supporting faculty contract review, and providing reliable data and reporting to internal and external stakeholders./p

liData Entry: Enter and audit employee and job data in the PeopleSoft HCM system, including new hires and employment changes such as transfers and promotions. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and auditing in alignment with Payroll calendars. Identify discrepancies and partner with HR and Payroll to resolve issues promptly./li
liEmployment Processes and Records: Track employment changes and associated approved documentation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employment records. Maintain and audit physical and digital employee personnel files. Assist with annual employment processes such as renewals, minimum wage increases, and various audits./li
liReporting and Data: Assist with routine reporting and querying for internal and external constituents. Assist with testing PeopleSoft HCM updates and modifications to ensure seamless integration of new functionality./li
liBack-Up Support: Serve as employment administrative support to HR Business Partners. Serve as secondary support for faculty onboarding and offboarding, tuition assistance programs, and unemployment claims as needed./li
liFaculty Contracts Review: Act as primary reviewer of Pepperdine Graziadio Business School faculty contracts. Act as secondary reviewer of Caruso School of Law, Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Pepperdine College of Health Science, Seaver College, and School of Public Policy faculty contracts./li
liPerform other duties as assigned./li

pExpected Pay Range: $23.36 - $25.96 per hour /p
