This department provides area businesses and industries, the community and local school districts, college students, and individuals with a broad range of testing services. This position will assist the Testing Center Staff with daily responsibilities while providing great customer service./p pstrongJob Duties:/strong/p ul liHelping customers and staff with the check-in process.br //li liGreeting candidatesbr //li liChecking in candidates.br //li liGeneral office duties: data entry, copying, scanning, filing, stocking officebr //li lisupplies, maintaining testing rooms and supplies, running errands, and similarbr /duties as assigned.br //li liOther duties as assigned./li liWork Hours: Up to 20 / week/li /ul pstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/p ul liCustomer service experience preferred./li liBasic Microsoft Suite experience./li liDependable - able to maintain a work schedule.br //li liGood Communication skills./li liOrganized/li liAble to work with individuals and groups./li liFollows instructions, policies and procedures./li liAble to maintain confidentiality./li /ul pstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/p pThe Federal Work-Study Program provides funding for part-time employment to qualifying students.
