Rigger - Skilled - Now Hiring

Overview

The candidate will be required to perform load testing, inspection, deficiency reporting, and certification of EB Cranes & Lifting and Handling assets.

The position requires experience or education in rigging, inspection, certification as well as basic to complex crane component knowledge.The candidate must be able to work at heights up to 150 feet above ground and needs to be able to work overtime.

Crane testing and inspection takes place indoors, outdoors, and in all types of weather and temperature conditions. Candidate must be willing to learn and be team oriented, with the capability to perform work on their own. Employee will be required to obtain and maintain J worker radiological qualifications.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma, GED or 2 years of related technical experience
• 5+ Years of experience in lifting & handling field
• Rigging or Crane Inspection Field Experience

Preferred:

• military/technical schooling.
• Crane Experience
• Heavy Equipment Experience
• Crane Inspection Experience
• Technical College Certificate or Degree
• Rigging Experience
• A broad understanding of rigging practices and crane operating characteristics is desired.
