United Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Rancho Mirage, CA on a permanent full-time basis.

In this role, you will assist Occupational Therapists in implementing therapy programs that help patients regain independence with daily living activities, mobility, and overall functional performance.

• Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

• Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

• Schedule: 5 Days x 8 Hour Day Shift

• Compensation: $38 – $45 per hour

• Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,520 – $1,800

What You Bring to the Table

• Active California COTA License

• Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• NBCOT Certification preferred

• 1+ year of recent COTA experience, SNF experience preferred

• Ability to carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist

• Strong documentation and patient engagement skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with rehabilitation teams and interdisciplinary staff
