Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Early onset, dementia support. Medication support. Help keep her Dr appointments in line and making sure she knows when and where. She stays home most of the time unless shes having lunch or dinner with friends or at the local senior center. About the care needs: She had shoulder replacement surgery about 5 months ago. The caregiver would need to be skilled in memory loss and be straight forward with the care and needs that they think is appropriate Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
