Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have a 5-year-old who is austistic, our days can be hetic at times but other than that my child is a wonderful child. Im still learning as well. She loves skating, parks. Swimming, and of course electronics. And animals. Even though my child is 5 year, she is still in diapers. I have tried time and time again to do potty training, which she will use the potty on her on but for it to be consistent is a task. But as I said im learning her as well, so most of the care she requires may vary each day.
