Babysitter Needed

We have 3 kids (3, almost-2 and newborn) and are looking for a nanny for 32 hours/week. Our oldest two go to school in the mornings, so we will need someone to do drop offs and pick ups and then be home with the infant in between. The afternoons will mostly be with the 3-year-old and infant. We are looking for someone comfortable coming up with creative activities and getting out of the house with the kids (park, etc) We are looking for someone warm, with experience, who is reliable, responsible, patient, and kind. A positive, energetic attitude is a must. We both work from home, so would need someone who is comfortable with that arrangement.
