Nanny Needed For My Children

Looking for a babysitter for our two kids aged 4 and 12 while we work shift work. Mainly overnight but some weekend days we would need more hours. We had two sweet and spunky boys who are really easy going and a 5-year-old golden retriever that is a big baby. Comes out to needing someone 2-3 days every other week and then random date nights etc would be great too. Must be able to do school drop off which we would reimburse for gas.
