ADU Express LLC is scaling fast, and we need a Construction Permitting Agent / expediter Specialist who knows how to navigate Southern California’s city halls with speed and precision.

The Mission:
Unlock property value by moving ADU projects from design to construction faster than anyone else in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Expedite Everything: Manage permit applications in coordination with the design team and track statuses to eliminate project bottlenecks.
• City Liaison: Be the face of ADU Express at Building & Safety and other governmental entities having jurisdiction.
• Problem Solve: Proactively resolve city comments and corrections by coordinating with our design and project management team.
• Construction Support: Handle revisions and supplementals to keep the hammers swinging.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in permit expediting or city planning.
• Deep knowledge of Los Angeles/SoCal permitting workflows.
• A "get it done" attitude with elite organizational skills.
