- Job Title: Business Development Manager 2
- Location: Onsite – Mountain View, CA
- Duration: 3 months (Extension expected through 03/22/2027)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, no overtime expected
- Pay Rate Range: $25 to $30/hr
Office Operations
- Ensure smooth daily operations across the site
- Manage office supplies, meeting spaces, and workplace logistics
- Coordinate with security and maintain overall site rhythm
- Manage relationships with onsite vendors such as:
- Catering
- Cleaning
- Security
- Event vendors
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and strong partnerships
- Maintain workplace compliance standards
- Implement safety programs and policies
- Promote a safe and inclusive workplace
- Partner with Microsoft facilities teams on:
- Office design
- Workplace moves
- Office expansions
- Occupancy planning
- Act as a liaison between:
- Microsoft AI teams
- Central facilities teams
- Internal operational partners

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
