Housekeeper

I have a small two floor apartment with three rooms and one bathroom. The three rooms will not be cleaned, just the bathroom, hallway, and stairs in second floor. On the first floor you have a small kitchen and living room areas which I want cleaned. The stove, countertops, sweep and mopping. Additionally, every 3 months I would like additional assistance in cleaning the wood cabinets as well as window frames on the inside as well as base boards.
