PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: 6090 Days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Included in All-Inclusive Rate REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Administration of anesthesia across multiple surgical specialties
• Work in Main ORs, primarily at Memorial
• Coverage at three hospitals within close proximity

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active West Virginia License and CSR
• Board: NBCRNA Certified
• DEA: Not Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years CRNA Experience
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR; Ability to Work Flexible Shifts

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide anesthesia services for inpatient and outpatient surgical cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Ensure patient safety across all age populations
• Document all care accurately within Cerner EMR
• Adhere to hospital protocols and compliance standards
