Salesforce Architect - Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Agentforce. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for healthcare organizations, enabling improved patient engagement, care coordination, and service automation.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, strong architecture experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level healthcare solutions.

·      Design and architect Salesforce solutions using Health Cloud and Agentforce to support healthcare and life sciences operations.

·      Lead the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce implementations including integration, data architecture, and security.

·      Implement Agentforce capabilities to improve customer service automation and AI-driven support.

·      Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud to support patient management, care coordination, and provider engagement.

·      Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

·      Define integration architecture with external healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR platforms and other enterprise systems.

·      Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.

·      Ensure best practices in scalability, performance, governance, and security across the Salesforce platform.

·      Support data migration, data governance, and master data management initiatives.

·      Participate in solution design, code reviews, and architecture governance.

·      15+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.

·      Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementation.

·      Hands-on experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agent platform).

·      Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

·      Experience designing integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.

·      Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governance.

·      Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
