United Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Susanville, CA for a permanent full-time role.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with residents and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans that improve communication, safety, and quality of life.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• 1+ year of SLP experience, SNF or rehabilitation setting preferred

• Experience with dysphagia, cognitive-communication therapy, and speech disorders

• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
