Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great long term nanny for a 4-month-old boy. I am a nurse so I work 3 days per week and my husband works from home so he would be available for any emergency etc. Due to my schedule, the days in which we would need care would vary but the schedule is released six weeks out so you would have a general idea ahead of time! Because of his young age, we would just want all attention on him. No cleaning or house duties required- just feedings, age appropriate activities, and going for walks. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (2 large friendly dogs, 1 cat) and who is CPR certified. References are important too!
