In this role, you will directly report to the Central Services Mechanical Effectiveness Supervisor and play a critical part in driving actionable insights and administrative excellence for our client’s Routine Maintenance & Reliability Outcomes team. Job Title: Central Services Mechanical Effectiveness Data Analyst & Administrative Support Location: Beaumont, Texas Pay Rate: $49.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40-hour work week Assignment Length: Long-term contract (through end of year 2026) Key Responsibilities Data Analytics Import, cleanse, and validate CMMS/EMS data (SAP experience highly valued). Maintain KPI definitions, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure high data quality. Perform trend analysis, create Pareto charts, and deliver actionable insights. Build/maintain Power BI dashboards and prepare routine KPI reporting packs. Facilitate weekly reliability reviews and monthly KPI meetings. Support training for site users and align analytics with GO&ES and Work List principles. Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics. Prepare/distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and maintain action trackers. Handle travel arrangements, expense submissions, and procurement coordination. Maintain organized filing systems for compliance and records. Support onboarding processes and coordinate training sessions. Serve as a central point of contact for team communications and document control. Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance/reliability analytics or CMMS data work (SAP PM/Snowflake/Maximo preferred). Prior experience in administrative support is strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Power BI (DAX), SQL, Excel proficiency; PowerPoint for executive summaries. Basic understanding of statistics (percentiles/control charts). Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication.
