⚠️ Licensing Requirement:

✔️ Must obtain Property & Casualty AND Life & Health State Insurance Licenses BEFORE starting

(We’ll guide you on how to get licensed, but you must be licensed prior to employment.)

 

🚀 This Is a TRUE Sales Role — You Will:

                •              Make outbound calls (cold calling is required)

                •              Work referrals from happy customers and community partners

                •              Follow up on leads daily

                •              Quote and sell auto, home, life, and health insurance

                •              Stay organized and consistent with follow-ups

 

🎯 Performance Expectations:

                •              Minimum monthly sales goals are required

                •              This is a production-driven, accountability-based position

                •              Perfect for someone who enjoys competing with themselves and growing their income
