Clicknbsp;a href="https://vimeo.com/329375204"stronghere/strong/anbsp;to see what they said!/pdivdivdivh2Job Summary/h2 /divdivpbPatient Transporter/bbr Facilitating Internal Hospital Patient Moves/p pbSummary:/b nbsp; Responsible for the safe, timely and accurate transport of patients, medical equipment and patient-related items to their destinations. nbsp;/p pbEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/b/p ul liProperly and safely transports patients, secures IVs, drainage tubes, etc., and secures patient./li liIn accordance with the transportation of patients, uses wheelchairs and other approved rolling stock to carry out the essential duties of the position./li liDemonstrates competency in transporting all specific age groups./li liEnsures the safe, timely and accurate transport of patients to their destination using the proper requested equipment./li liCommunicates effectively with nursing personnel, clinicians, technicians or reception and dispatch./li liEnsures the comfort of the patient by being attentive. Offers blankets, checks modesty and only engages in appropriate conversation involving patients.
