Swim Instructor – Mac’s Swim School (Clearwater)

Mac’s Swim School is looking for positive, reliable swim instructors who enjoy working with children and want to help build confident swimmers.

Our program focuses on small class sizes and real skill progression in a fun, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
• Teach structured swim lessons to students of all ages
• Help swimmers build water confidence, safety skills, and proper technique
• Follow our curriculum and communicate progress with parents

Great fit for: former swimmers, lifeguards, athletes, teachers, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and being in the water.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 17 years or older
• Medical license/certification: CPR Certification
