Carolina Collision Center in Charlotte has an opening for an Office Administrator who needs to be a reliable people-person who loves to communicate face to face and on the phone. Successful candidates must have excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant professional speaking voice and the ability to multi-task. Previous Customer Service experience is a big PLUS!

Responsibilities – Office Administrator:

  • Answer a multi-line phone system; transfer and screen calls as needed
  • Meet and greet clients and other visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Other miscellaneous administrative projects as assigned
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Complete daily deposit accurately and file all records.
  • Review and manage Accounts Receivable to insure prompt payments from vendors.
  • Manage office supplies inventory to optimum levels.


Qualifications/Requirements – Office Administrator:

  • At least 1 year of Collision Center office experience preferred but not required.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks at once and keep up in a high demand environment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great Customer service attitude
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
