Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure:

• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact license; must meet all state board requirements.

Certifications:

• Required: BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire.

• Unit‑specific certifications may include: ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C‑EFM, OCN, CPHON, or others as required.
