Looking for a FLEXIBLE and REWARDING side job? New Outlook Home Care is urgently hiring for a compassionate caregiver to provide care to clients located in Madras, Oregon. Duties include housecleaning, meal prep, transportation and companionship. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Part time hours to start, days and times are flexible!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide personal care: assistance with personal care (ADL’s) such as bathing, hygeine, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging, etc.
- Provide housekeeping: assistance with housekeeping (IADL's) such as light housework, laundry, grocery/clothing shopping, prescription pickup, meal preparation, etc.
- Provide medication services and nursing services (as authorized) in the client’s home with nurse assistance and full training.
- Provide or arrange social interactions for client well-being.
- Follows the provided plan of care and service plan to ensure safe, competent care to the client.
RATE OF PAY:
- $20-24 per hour (experience dependent)
LOCATION:
- Client's home in Madras
SCHEDULE:
- Weekdays, day shift
