What You Do
EJF Real Estate Services is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Full-Time Community Association Compliance Inspector to support the enforcement of community standards within our managed Homeowners Associations (HOAs) & Condominium Associations. This field-based role involves conducting scheduled exterior property inspections, reporting compliance and maintenance issues, and submitting violation notices to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine drive-by violation and common area inspections as assigned.
- Use company inspection software to capture photos and written documentation in a timely fashion to the standards set by the company.
- Complete follow-up inspections as directed by community manager. Participate in preparing the monthly inspection schedule with Regional Manager.
- Stay informed of updates to HOA rules and assist in maintaining accurate records in Vantaca.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in property inspections, HOA/condo management, or real estate is preferred.
- Experience using property management software (Vantaca is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with mobile inspection tools or property management platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple communities.
- Have and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to walk outdoors and inspect properties in varying weather conditions.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, non-exempt position.
- Regular business hours (Monday–Friday), 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Fast-paced, high-interaction role requiring responsiveness and proactive management.
