Breakfast Attendant

Breakfast Duties:

• Continental breakfast to be set up according to look book by 7:00am (Fruit is ripe and in good condition; all supplies are stocked and organized; coffee is hot and stocked at all times; buffet is cleaned as often as possible for crumbs, spills, etc.)
• Ensure guests are greeted at both entrances and welcome them to Houlihan's; explain how continental breakfast operates
• Tables are bussed in a timely manner. Dirty dishes do not sit on table for more than 5 minutes
• Continental breakfast is stocked, and counter is cleaned throughout breakfast

Patio Duties:

• Patio is cleaned, umbrellas set up and cushions put out (weather permitting) before 7:00am (If excess winds are present, umbrellas to be tied up; Cusions are to be brought in if it begins to rain)
• For Breakfast: Patio tables are cleaned and set with silverware and glasses; Patio cart is stocked with water, menus, and additional supplies

Qualifications:

• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
• Must have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to stand/walk, stoop, kneel, push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs
• Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Brings a positive energy to the workplace
• Works well in a fast-paced high-volume work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to details
• Flexible work schedule, available to work weekdays and weekends
• Previous Barista experience a plus
