Production Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating various machinery and equipment within a dynamic factory environment, ensuring high-quality production standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or factory experience to contribute to a fast-paced production setting while developing their technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment such as washers, dryers, ironers, and folders
• Set up and adjust machinery using to match client expectations
• Handle materials using forklifts and other materials handling equipment while maintaining safety protocols.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing or factory environments with familiarity in machining, fabrication, or assembly line operations.
• Must be 18
• Ability to read a follow safety instructions
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as moisture meters
• Prior factory or warehouse experience is advantageous.
