Location: Bozeman, MT

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night Shift

Schedule: 3x12 Hours (36 Hours per Week)

Pay Rate: $2500 – $2800 Weekly

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) for a 13-week contract assignment in Bozeman, MT. The L&D RN will provide specialized nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and newborn.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery
• Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed
• Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and emergency procedures
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs
• Provide patient education regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatric teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe delivery outcomes

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Active RN license in the state of Montana or compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced labor and delivery environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
