AM Sushi Prep

New concept being developed by Duro Hospitality. Prep Cook position with a strong but not exclusive focus on sushi station & fish manufacturing prep. This person is responsible for: properly cleaning, cutting, storing & portioning fish & other proteins for service. maintaining health & sanitation standards therein.  daily inventory of all proteins in refrigeration and freezer with which to assist Chef team with ordering. any prep work designated by Chef team for sushi, garde manger & hot line stations. Daily cleaning projects in areas designated by the chef team.   Norman's Japanese is the newest concept from Duro Hospitality.
